Wolfgang Blättchen is founder and managing partner of BLÄTTCHEN FINANCIAL ADIVSORY GmbH. His unique track record as independent capital market advisor starts in 1985. In this period he advised more than 50 successful IPOs from German and foreign issuers, complex capital market transactions (e.g. public takeovers, squeeze outs) and numerous Management Equity Program implementations.

Wolfgang Blättchen is a member of the «Issuer Markets Advisory Committee» of Deutsche Börse AG, long-time member of the DVFA and temporarily member of its Advisory Board. Furthermore he is a member of the General Assembly and of the District Assembly (district of Böblingen) of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Stuttgart region.

Wolfgang Blättchen is also a member in several supervisory boards in public and privately held companies: AIXTRON AG, APCOA Parking AG, DATAGROUP IT Services Holding AG, HAUBROK AG and PFISTERER Holding AG.

He is a Professor at the of Faculty I – Taxation, Accounting and Auditing of the SRH University of Applied Sciences of Calw, Germany, and since 2005 Assistant Dean of the Faculty.

Wolfgang Blättchen has published various articles and books about the stock market, IPOs, takeovers of listed companies and Corporate Governance.

Stephan Mahn is founder and managing partner of BLÄTTCHEN FINANCIAL ADIVSORY GmbH. His track record as independent advisor for long term financial and capital market related issues started in 1992. In this period he advised numerous IPOs, equity and long term debt fundings, Management Equity or Long Term Incentive program implementations as well as several capital market transaction projects (e.g. mergers, contributions in kind or secondary offerings).

Stephan Mahn holds an academic degree of Dr. rer. oec. from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management since 2002 and a degree in business administration (University of Regensburg).

Uwe Nespethal is partner of BLÄTTCHEN FINANCIAL ADIVSORY GmbH since its foundation. His track record as independent capital market advisor started in 1998. In this time he advised numerous capital market transactions and financial strategy projects.

He graduated in industrial engineering from Brandenburg Technical University of Cottbus and received a degree as an international financial analyst CEFA/CIIA.

Uwe Nespethal has published various articles about the stock market and IPOs.

Pia Schöffler completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and worked in several companies as accountant and assistant for the management.

Pia Schöffler has been working with the recent team since 1993 and is now responsible for administration, office and support.
